Qualified Boatbuilder having served a full apprenticeship at Dixons boatbuilders of Exmouth, before starting his own business in 1983. Experienced in all aspects of the marine industry. Mark has also gained experience through his numerous hobbies afloat, from cross channel sailing to powerboat racing as navigator in National and International classes. Mark is also a member
Andy Cuffley - Mercury Mercruiser trained engineer

Andy is an experienced and qualified Mercury MerCruiser trained engineer.He has RYA Level 2 (Sailing and Power Boat) also NVQ level 2 in Engineering and B-Tec National Diploma in Engineering and Technology. Andy has completed; the MerCruiser training course, the sterndrive gearbox course and mult
Steve Satchell - Shipwright.
Steve joined the team in 2009. He has completed courses at Bicton College in Outdoor Leisure and holds the RYA level two Powerboat certificate amongst other qualifications. Steve also served on the Exmouth Lifeboat Crew for more than 10 years where he completed multiple courses, including;RYA day skipper theory, Sea survival and VHF Radio Operators.

Samantha Satchell
Sam works in the office part-time, alongside her primary school role. She recently joined the team however, as Mark's daughter, the boatyard has always been a part of her life.
She spends many hours out on the water up and down the river and enjoying trips out to our local area via boat.
